An uninspiring and crumbling face. Stand start the right end of the face by the arete and head up with large although questionable holds.

In the corridor between the two Welcome Boulders, this problem climbs the face/arete behind the start of Utter Arete. To get down, walk left and scramble.

Didn't really feel like a V1. I haven't done anything over a V2/3 and this felt almost like a walk in the park. I liked it overall though, I topped out to the right of the arete to avoid mantling with a 15ft fall on one pad ;)

I agree. This is way way way easier than most of the VO's in the guide book. I say VO .

I was under the impression this is the arete directly to the left of Good Beer Buzz and not the tall crumbly face?

I guess it climbs a little of both, but either way, why even bother when there are so many good climbs out there?

The holds are not really falling apart. They are thin, beautiful flakes that seem like they may come off, but won't. This is a fun, nice, highball VERY easy problem (V0 or less) that is enjoyable climbing. The Kemple book calls the arete itself Tequila Sunrise, not the crumbly face beneath -- so I think this should be clarified. The arete itself is a totally fun, rather high lovely V0 that you want to do over and over again.
