Park at Oyster Bar Parking and follow the access trail to the nearest formation.

Does anybody have complete info on this place? the guide book seems a tad lacking (Bulls Eye for instance, is pointed to on the map but thats it.) Going to be spending some time around the Ryan Campground area soon and this rock looks promising photo wise
