Summit rocks of Table Mountain, after late October...

Not to be confused with a peak in SEKI. Huge, high plateau set between the Sabrina and South Lake drainages, a rocky tor on the east side is the summit. It's a walk up although the summit rocks are Class 3.

This seldom visited summit has a great view from the Palisades to Humphreys, and is worth a visit if you want an off day from the Buttermilks etc.

Getting There

The Tyee Lakes Trailhead on the South Lake Road, the trail to the top is 3.5 miles (one way) and 2700 feet of gain. The summit can also be climbed from Sabrina by taking the George Lake Trail.
