Supercam placement

Assuming there's nothing about the rock feature to make any difference, does it matter which side of the crack one orients the larger lobes in the supercams? especially in off-vertical cracks? I'm guessing larger lobes outside the direction of fall gives more friction, but placing them inward (bottom on a 45 degree crack, for example) would take leverage off the stem if there's a chance it would hit rock. Or does it even matter?

Generally when placing a 4 lobed cam in a horizontal crack, you place it with the side with the outermost lobes on the bottom. I would assume this would hold true with the supercam and angled cracks.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
