BETA PHOTO: figuring out the bouldery crux

Access to GFNP (Roadside) REQUIRES a Daily Permit MORE INFO >>>

Description

A very fun bouldery route. Boulder up an arch like feature and make a big accuracy move to a pocket, fight through the steep face on forgiving holds to the first set of anchors for 12b. Another set of anchors is higher up but the rock lowers in quality and the grade stays the same, if you are a number chasing sort of person. Absolutely fantastic route though.

Location

to the right of Eric and Brian's Excellent Adventure. Obvious arch-like feature.

Protection

5 bolts plus anchors to the first set.

Permit Required

***Climbers MUST NOT climb at GFNP without a daily permit per person in each group.*** This route is privately owned and requires a daily per-user permit obtained from the Graining Fork Nature Preserve website.
This isn't about just you getting away with climbing for a day without a permit--this is about the climbing community respecting private land to ensure continued access privileges. Don't be selfish--get a permit.
