Description

There is four bridge supports, one right in the open. Behind that there is a vertical stone embankment made out of the same stones as the trestle with two anchors placed at the top. there is a trail on either side of the embankment that lead up to the top.the embankment has a row of trees that shroud the wall. the other two supports I have not climbed

Getting There

If your driving down 31 you can't miss it. There is a place to park cars just up the road. Its a five minute walk down the "highway" be careful its a blind turn for the cars...you would be better off walking off the road in the bushes.

Climbing Season

For the Southern NH and Seacoast area.

Where on rt 31 is this? From 101 do you go North or south on 31?

Go South toward MA. As the grade increases, you'll see a guard rail on the right. Park on the north end of the guard rail and walk the short distance to the access trail. The trestle that is essentially in the water has two ok climbs, one on the face (better, and can be done in two pitches) and one on the corner. The upper section of the first climb can be better protected with a small cam after the anchor and all of the bolts might need to be replaced at this point.
