The view doesn't get much better.

Description

The south ridge of the Great Flake is visible all the way from Washington Street. This climb starts inside the chimney and then traverses out onto the southern face for amazing exposure for the grade.

Protection

Standard rack leaning toward the smaller end of things. This climb eats protection wherever you want to place it. There's also a sketchy looking piton about halfway up. Bolted ring anchors at the top.
