Description Suggest change

Listed as a Variation to "Shine Your Helmet" in Webster's 2nd edition.

Begin in the 3rd corner right of The Edge (about 50 ft right of that climb) Corner has 2 trees at it's base and converts to an arching-left-flake-corner about 30 ft up.

P1 - Squeeze past the trees and start the corner ["hidden" bolt up and right, down very low]. A 2nd bolt [3/8" SS] protects the 5.6 / "5.6+" crux moves and then the flake provides further protection.

See Chinos COMMENT- The route now has its own double bolt anchor on the sloping ledge [thanks "guys"!]....or....(as we did before the anchor) continue up on "Polish the Monkey" variation [ 5.9 - 5.10 ]

Location Suggest change

About 50 ft right of the well-brushed "The Edge", and just right of the well-bolted left-facing inside corner.

Protection Suggest change

2 draws and medium [0.5 to 1.0 Camalot-sized gear ]
