Description

This route is the third from the left on the Under The Sea Wall. Like all the others it pulls the small bulge to start. A thin section on the slab is the crux before finishing up the the last couple of bolts of Coral Crimper.

Location

From the upper tier of Under the Sea wall, this is the 3rd from the left. Find the start of Coral Crimper and move 10ft right

Protection

8 bolts to chain anchors.

It does share the lest few bolts of Coral so check with other climbers if there are people on Coral. There are two sets of top anchors close to each other. I put these in so Coral and Snorkeling can operate with individually so there could be 5 TR's on the upper wall now if anyone needed that!

This was a pretty cool climb, once you figure out the move over the bulge. I thought the move's above the bulge were a bit spicier than 5.9, at least by Bear Canyon standards.

Compared to some 10a's at Allenspur etc it seems more on par with them than 5.9. I think Colin has to make the grade alteration as he added the post.
