Description Suggest change

Two adjacent boulders that are the antithesis of one another: the Slab Boulder is home to easy, low-angle slabbing with perfect landing zones; the [nearby] Cracked Boulder boasts hard, steep climbing with bad landing zones. Both boulders are of excellent quality.

This corner of the park is very pleasant.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Pissoir Boulder, continue heading down the road, away from the parking area. Follow a trail down to the right through a picnic area and then down rocks into the deep shade of the stream. For a map of the location, click here

The Slab boulder is the first boulder that is encountered. The Cracked Boulder abuts the far left side of the Slab Boulder--climb between the two boulders and descend to the stream bed to access routes on the Cracked Boulder.
