Formations on the north side of Sixth Canyon. The ...

The northernmost canyon on the Wheeler Crest, due west of the community of Paradise.

A few recorded routes exist in this broad canyon and on its northern edge as well, including Botanists Holiday III 5.7, Bush the Imbecile III 5.11a on Tranquility Wall, 4 More Shopping Days IV 5.10b on The Big K Mart Formation, King Charles IV 5.11a, and at least one other route adjacent to KC.

Getting There

From the north edge of Paradise, a rough high-clearance dirt road leads west to Ainslee Meadow. Park here and walk cross country towards the broad mouth of Sixth Canyon. For King Charles, head straight up the gully at the back of Ainslee Meadow. Allow 2-3 hours for these approaches.
