Description
This is a strange problem. The landing isn't good, which is why I assume there's one bolt 11 feet up. That being said, you could "top rope" it, even though you'll top out above the bolt.
Start on a big boulder on the ground and head upward using slopers and crimps. Topping out is the crux.

Location
Good luck finding a downclimb. You can jump from the bolt onto the boulder below or downclimb Sissy's Revenge around the corner.
