Description
White, south facing wall with several moderate to hard lines. Mostly face climbing, but there are some cracks and an odd pocket or two. Good rock. Draws and standard rack. There's a two bolt anchor on top of the right side of the wall, but you'll need gear and slings to rig an anchor for the left side.
Getting There
Approach from the north boat ramp north towards the dam. Hike over rocks that lie west of the dam, continue north and drop into a side canyon that runs east down into Granite Creek. The Side Show Wall is in this side canyon. You can see most of the wall from a high point before dropping into the side canyon (see photo). Do not try to drop down into the main Granite Creek canyon below the dam too early.
