Description Suggest change

West-facing limestone crag, routes up to 120 feet long. Base of the crag is well-shaded by lots of trees.

(Culture buffs may wish to know that Wordsworth's "Lines Composed above Tintern Abbey" were inspired by this location.)

Getting There Suggest change

From parking near Tintern Abbey, cross a bridge to the east side of the river. Go left uphill after 200 yards, then keep bearing right to reach a good forestry track. Various numbered markers indicate the way through the jungle on the left to the base of the cliff. 30 to 40 minutes pleasant walk.
