Seneca Rocks

Has anyone ever led "The Tomato That Ate Cleveland" (5.9)? I could not figure out the feet at the very start of the climb. It doesn't appear that difficult after the first 10-12', but I didn't like my first piece being a micro-cam with the potential to deck if it failed. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
