Scrambled, 5.10a. toprope solo.

The middle bolted route on the Lower Buttress. Face moves lead to the crux bulge moves at the top. Many a climber has fallen at the top moves and it's a clean fall.

This is the middle route of three bolted routes on the Lower Buttress. Shown as route number 2 on the Lower Buttress route photo.

4 bolts to chains anchor.

A nice intro to 5.10 for the aspirant because it is well-bolted and possibly a little soft for the grade. Crux bulge at the top has more than one interesting variation; they are all about 10a.

In Bob Kamp's tribute route database it notes that Kamps climbed what was likely this route in 1993, and referred to it as "Bob's Route". I'm not sure which Bob bolted this line, though; at least 2 people with that name have put up climbs at WR (D'Antonio, Steuwe, ??).

Fun, quick climb that can be made easier if you use the other wall for some feet, however this really drops the difficulty.

I did take a fall as I headed to the anchors, like so many others, and as expected found the fall actually very pleasant despite it being only my second lead fall.
