first pitch of Schizophrenia

Logging Roads - Restricted Access MORE INFO >>>

Description

A modern classic with a ten-minute approach, “Skits” follows a stunning combination of steep slabs and discontinuous features. Each of the route’s twelve pitches is remarkable. Definitely a route that delivers, Skits is possibly the best apron route in western Canada. Fixed rap anchors allow easy descent.

Protection

Two 60m ropes and a full rack are necessary to supplement the ample bolts.

Most popular route on the slab. Second pitch is the crux, with gear and bolts.

Cleanest climb in the valley as of now. Best warm up to get to know the Eldred. Get a 7am or earlier start in the summer to beat the heat!
