BETA PHOTO: A look at the Scary Monsters.

A little spicy!

Climb the face to a cruxy topout on sloping crimps. The landing is good but you won't want to come off at the top.

Up the hill from the Big Joe boulder. Walk up the trail to the boulder sitting right above the large waterfall ampitheater.

Crashpad, attentive spotter

There is a V4 that starts right of Scary Monsters and uses the right arete as well as a thin rail. Also pretty classic.

I did not see why this one was considered such a great problem in "A Bouldering Guide to Utah". Nothing special by Joe's standards IMO.

Certainly one of the classics. STARTS AT THE JUG ON THE BOTTOM!

On 5/15/07 someone broke a crimp off of the top out. The climb still went just fine afterward, no change in grade.
