Salt lake to Yellowstone

In July I'll be driving from SLC to West Yellowstone via I-15/US-20. I'm looking for a place reasonably on the way with good sport climbing and car camping. Probably will be just for a day or two. I'd prefer steep routes in the 5.12-13 range but I'm open to anything that fits the bill.

Cheers!

Try the route database here for stuff in Southeastern Idaho.

Darby Canyon, Heise Rock?

Seems like I saw some other stuff around Driggs.

probably worth taking the slight detour and stopping in the city of rocks - it's your best option

Probably not for steep routes - maybe. Take the detour through Logan Canyon. There's some hard limestone over there.

steep routes in the 12's and 13's though probably shine through. There are a few there, though I don't really spend much time in that part of the guidebook.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
