Salt Lake and thereabouts

Hi all. I just moved to Salt Lake City as of 4 days ago and I'm dying to go outside and climb.

I actually managed to hit up Maple Canyon for 3 hours with my girlfriend on the drive up, exactly enough to go from "What the hell is this total weirdness!?!?!" to "Oh dear God this is the most fun thing *ever*." Then I had to put my girlfriend on a plane back to LA: so, no climbing partner. If anybody is up for it, my schedule is super-flexible during the summer.

(I have draws and rope, I've lead sport into the mid 10s. Happy to lead, happy to follow, happy to boulder.)

Drop me a line!

Hey, I just moved here too and am in the same boat. I also just had the same experience at Maple yesterday, cool place. I have sport gear and a basic trad rack. As of right now my schedule is open. I can get out as soon as say...tomorrow.
