Rosetta Stone is a low east-facing wall looking out over the McDowell Mountain Regional Area...

Great Beginning Lead Rock on mostly solid Granite.
Much less visited than other climbing areas in the
McDowell Mountains Area.

Getting There 

From Dynamite/E. Rio Verde Dr.
Go south on 128th (dirt)
then East on E. Paraiso Dr.
Continue on this 4wd path past Sven Slab Area
to the Parking at the end of the road
facing the Knob Hill Formation...
10min of walking on a mountain Bike trail thru the fence
to the south, will bring you to the Approach Trail to the formation.
(Look right and up from the bike trail)
