Roommate wanted, female preferred, Portland, OR

My roommate and I have a room available starting March in SW Portland. We're looking for likeminded, clean and respectful third roommate, preferably female. Both of us climb at Planet Granite regularly and will be getting outside lots this summer.

Rent is $467 a month plus utilities, generally about $75-100 a month. The house is super spacious and has a great garden. Great location in SW, right off I-5.

Hi Menna! Are you all still needing a roommate? About how long of a commute via car would your place be to Vancouver (I'll be working there this summer)? Also how long are you needing a roommate? I will be needing a place definitely from mid June - mid Sept, but I'm considering staying through November.
