Room for Rent Near Red Rock!

Looking for a climber to share our home with!

Have a really nice extra bedroom for rent. The house is in western Spring Valley, which is just a quick jaunt up 215 to get to Red Rock.

Willing to do month-to-month for $500 a month or $475 per month with a 6 month lease. Both rates do not include 1/3 of utilities. Rent DOES includes occasional home cooked bomb meals, buddy passes on Spirit and Jet Blue Airlines, and a solid belay when we climb.

About us...we are two super mellow chicks in the airlines so aren't home much (yay for alone time). We are clean, respectful, chill, and hoping to team up with someone who shares the same qualities.

The home is fully furnished with the exception of your room and has laundry on site.
