Room for Rent in Durango

Room for rent in town Durango, within walking distance of downtown, but still in a quiet spot. The room is in a 3 bed room, one room is occupied for a couple, so it would be $500 for one person to move in NO OTHER COUPLES. There is a dog and a cat already in the house so no more pets please!
