Description

Capped by large roofs, the Rolling Stone wall features long routes with an incredibly short approach -- right off the highway! The wall is easily identified by finding the pair of roofs, one of which is covered in orange lichen, about three hundred feet above the highway.

Getting There

Park at mile 21.3 near a couple tall pine trees on the river side of the highway. Cross the highway and start climbing!

P1) Start in the gully with a hand crack in it. Continue up the obvious narrow brown streak of clean rock to an anchor. P2) Continue up the brown rock to an anchor, occasionally clipping bolts. P3) Another pitch on brown rock leads to an anchor.P4) Trend right into a raspberry-filled gully and up to a ...[more]   Browse More Classics in Idaho
