This is the First set of boulders you will see at Bozoo. They have the shorest approach, if you are keen on that. This area is pretty small but contains a few super-classics! Don't miss Roadside Euphoria and the 50/50 crack. There are likely a few gems still hidden in this area, and most of the problems get little to no traffic, so bring your brushes.

Getting There

Park on the right hand side of the paved road about 50 feet before you hit the Bluestone sign (This is as you are driving down into the valley). Look into the shallow drainage to your right and you should be able to see a large boulder about 100 yards into the woods. This is the Roadside Euphoria Boulder, there are several other boulders along the mini cliff line above and a few other problems nearby but down the drainage.

Super classic! SDS with left undercling and right sidepull. Work your way up through a line of holds before moving up again using Left hand on the arete using slopers and pinches and Right hand on sidepull's. Excellent top-out jug.Alt Start: SDS at base of slab where Arete curls under on a slopey dish and a nice L foot edge. Make a couple moves around the bottom of the arete to same Left hand on arete and right hand sidepulls on face. ...[more]   Browse More Classics in West Virginia
