|All holds are suspect and this area is complete chossy garbage. It is a nice area to scramble around for 30 minutes and that's about it. I tried to pull on one of the more solid looking lines there and a chunk of sandstone the size of my head came ripping off.|

The rock is really soft, so be very cautious on what you want to climb. Don't climb if the rock is wet, as should go without saying for any sandstone. The area isn't great, but if you're nearby and looking for something new it may be worth the time. For ND it's decent, but compared to anywhere else in the US it's not.
I saw some rock from the road farther south of regan rocks just a little ways, and may be worth checking out. It is on private property so if you do go explore it please figure out who the land belongs to and get permission.
