Red Rock in Danger of Urbanization ...

Has anyone heard about the urban development plan that is going on in Red Rock? Looks like a developer is trying to build a 5000 home community right on top of Red Rock. I think most of us regardless of where we are in the US can get behind the idea that we don't want a massive urban yuppie community right on top of one of the prime climbing areas in the South West.

Pardon if there is already a forum post about this but I looked around and didn't really see one here on MP. Figured I'd get the word out if it's not on here.

It also looks like Save Red Rock is doing a rally this Saturday (December 3rd) to support keeping Red Rock undeveloped.
