The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
The problem starts on the left side of the south face and after making the crux balance/friction moves trends up and right via grainy dishes and scoops to a finish atop the broad summit. It's best to be solid on the slab moves up high because this problem is also the downclimb for the boulder.
