This area is the very end of the established climbs along the main wall when walking east. You'll pass all of the other areas before getting to this one. Razor's Edge(5.11) is the very last climb you'll come to. There are a couple fun and moderate routes in this area and there's the gnarly and thin Razor's Edge. This is a good area and it allows you to pass all the areas and check them out as well.

Getting There

Once arriving at the Race Crack area, turn right(east) and follow the trail for 15 minutes or so, passing the other areas (Green Crack, RBC, Four Kings) and you'll end up at the ending area marked by the series of flakes (Frosted Flakes 5.8)

Razor's Edge 5.11 6c+ 23 VIII- 23 E4 5c  California : Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP : ... : Razor's Edge Area
Razor's Edge is a steep, thin and difficult lieback up a corner with a finger crack. The route is hard right off the start and keeps up for a long ways. the entire first half is sustained and solid 5.11 until you get to the upper section. The whole climb is along a steep finger crack in a leaning corner; half way up, the corner turns sharply to be a strenuous undercling and then "mellows" out a bit at the top to 5.10 climbing. Bring tape, and muscles!...[more]   Browse More Classics in California
