Preacher's Cave is the site of the first European settlement in the Bahamas. Like it's name, it's in a huge cave with lots of potential. I don't know what the restrictions are on these types of things, but it was a nice place to play during the 90+ degree summers.
Head to the north side of Eleuthera and follow the signs to Preacher's Cave. You'll see signs near the North Eleuthera Airport. The road is a dirt road but it's maintained pretty well.

I'm not sure what the rules are on bolting, but Preacher's Cave has these huge overhung features with pockets and tufas and if it's allowed to be bolted, someone should. It would be spectacular.
