So I was pulling plastic last night at my local gym, and had pulled a really hard move on a nasty to finger pocket when I felt a crunch and felt pain in my middle finger. There was instant pain but it wasn't really that bad. I think it's an A2 pulley problem but I'm not sure. Anyway some advice as to what it might be and what to do would be great. Thanks! Owen Hergel

Yeah, crunch is bad. Sounds like a pulley tear. Go see a doctor. Ted Pinson
