Points System

I just started keeping track of my climbs on here last summer and I just now noticed the point system. I have something like 13 climbs ticked off but no pts. Anyone know why that is?

How do you get points?
Areas are worth 15
Routes are worth 10
Photos are worth 5
Comments are worth 1

so climbing stuff is not worth points (oddly enough) but you should still go climb anyway :)

you don't get points for climbing routes. you get points for contributing new routes, areas, comments, etc.

if you want points for climbing routes, you're looking for 8a.nu

the whole idea seems pretty ridiculous, but to each his own

And remember, there are no points for second place
