  • Loose rock*
Can be done as one pitch or two, there are anchors at a small alcove. With a foot strap it's probaby a 5.8, free around 5.10c/d well protected.

Easiest / fastest way up to plateau. Other options are to walk around from either the west or east.

Look across echo basin find the easiest route up the talus field that leads up to the first layer. That will lead you to the base of this route.

Take 8 or 15 draws and a foot strap depending if two pitches or a single pitch.

Could probably be R. The route isn't clean and there is a ledge with rocks above the climb, it's really a matter of being careful and communicating.
