Dave McNew top roping "Pill Box"

Start in the "hole", and clip 1st bolt of Contact High then angle up and right to a small slab section with what looks like a WWII "Pill box" bunker. A small roof leads to the top (see topo)

Finally did this last moderate on the wall, the eleven on the left being too stout for us at this time. This is another great route. Some chossy holds up high but nothing to worry about, although one major flake over the pill box may have a limited lifespan. My wife and I felt this was the toughest of the moderates but that all of them, with the exception of Last Call (5.9), check in at 10a. Super fun. We climbed for hours in the cool shade.

Agree, hardest of the set on the wall (King of Swing excluded). The least stable in rock quality too. Fun enough and worth doing.
