Topo for Pahine Navri

Description of Pahine Navri

Most of the climb is bridging, or stemming. Switching to face climb from bridging is crux. Rock is loose near summit. Moving to last but one bolt is sketchy with 20-25ft runout. Falling is no option. One can have fatal injury getting banged on the rock face of Sasara hill behind. It is advised to use an extra placement on the last pitch while approaching the final bolt on the scree to avoid a large runout. There are cracks for placing gear on the last scree section.

Abseil:Summit-Station3-Ground.

Use 60m line.

Pitch1: 5.5
Pitch2: Walk/traverse
Pitch3: 5.11a
Pitch4: 5.10d

Location

Pahine Navra, Navri pinnacles are clearly visible from Pahine village. Start from the col between pahine navra and pahine navri.

Protection

Well bolted using chemical bolts. Last pitch runouts are long and scary.
