After about 25 feet, an ancient, manky bolt ladder leads to some thin nailing which then leads to some clean pro. There's a good stance under the final headwall crack.
Standard aid rack. Some spotters and lots of pads at the start would make decking less unpleasant.

According to Kozak's Southwest Rock, this climb is named "Out On The Tiles" and is rated 5.8, A2+ (C3).

Thanks for the updated route name, Kevin. The first part of this route was pretty sketchy: teeny, rusted bolts (no hangers) with severe decking consequences...
