First Trip to the New River gorge area. Great rock, consistent routes, and we didn't see another soul the 2 days we were there. Perfect way to bring in the New Year.

Anyone have information on the new routes on the left side of the wall? Climbed one that was marked 5.10b directly left of Fabulous groupies this past weekend, definitely needs some cleaning.

A few new routes were developed there some time over the summer I believe. That's why they're still "rough" in comparison to neighboring routes. Look for them in the next volume of the NRG guidebook. With all new routes most people don't know much about them until they are published, so be safe, have fun, and use your own judgement.
