On Ice

Description

Start with your hands on the crack, end on top of the rock. There's the possibility of jamming your left heel into the rock so you don't swing out when matching to the ledge before the top out. It'll make ya feel like your foot is a piece of trad gear.

Let me know if this route has previously been named.

Location

Walk upriver ~ 400 yards from The Best V5 in Minnesota. The starting footholds are underwater for most of the year, come when it is dry or frozen.

Protection

Coupla' pads, spotter'd be nice
