Super grippy basalt route - not without its challenges! Easy climb up the first section to a smooth 6x6 area of rock you need to traverse around the left to get past. Make your way up the jagged holds (some small, but excellent grip) to the crux - a slight overhang. Holds aren't always in eyesight so feel around. Once you're high enough to grab the small jug, the grade lessens for the remaining 20 feet and you can charge the summit!...[more] Browse More Classics in International

This is wonderful grippy rock, with really long routes, 29 meters, 31 meters, etc. We tied a figure 8 knot at the end of our 60 M rope for safety. It is best to allow a couple of days after rain as the rain seeps through and follows some of the cracks that the routes are on.
As noted, it is still under development and we did knock a few rocks loose. Belayers should wear a helmet and be observant at all times.
This is an excellent place to climb, cleared nicely, nice belay stations. We look forward to coming back.
