Description
The largest and most popular climbing area in the area of Trieste. Its popularity is due to both its size and vicinity to the city. There are many different sectors here along with potential for more.
Getting There
The directions for getting here are dependent on which direction you're coming from. Let's start from Prosecco, which is just north-west of Trieste and up the hill. In the dead center of Prosecco is a road called "Via San Nazario". Follow this road south-east for 1km, at which point the road curves to the left. Continue straight onto "Strada Vicentina" and park in 500m. This road ends/is blocked to thoroughfare at this point, but you can continue walking. Most of the crags are located along this road, providing easy access.
