Ran across a fairly large erratic boulder in Mukilteo last July (47.9074°N 122.2963°W ). Spent the rest of last summer cleaning and installed two anchors on top. It overhangs on three sides and has a few nice problems (no idea of grades) plus a suitable section for beginners. Walk down the Big Gulch Trail across from the fire station on Harbour Pointe Blvd. There's parking at the library next to the trail. About 1/4 mile down the trail there is faint path following a small stream to the right. The rock is about 200' up the path.

Top of the broken section is about 10" off the ground.

Still have some work to do on the area underneath this overhang.

30" pallets at the bottom of the pic will give a little perspective.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
