Named after my feral dogs - Jesse & Roxy.

Description

From the trail, walk uphill 20' to some ledges where you can belay. The first 15 feet of route is an off-hands to fingers crack (2 bolts). At the 3rd bolt, start a series of face moves over moderate bulges to small, horizontal ledges. It is fairly sustained for rating, but there are good stances in between clips. The last 10 feet to anchors is still a bit dusty but should improve over time with more ascents.

Location

This route is about 120 yards left (North) of 'Patchouli' & 'Best in Show' and possibly 90 yards right (South)of 'Burning from Both Ends'. There are also 2 short bolted routes to the left of this route.

Look for a bolted face with a crack start. The anchors are on a black headwall 10' below a large ledge.

Protection

10 bolts to an anchor.

Once it cleans up, it will be a great route. Regardless of that, I give it four stars. A must do! (10 bolts to anchors)

This route feels harder than 10c and is rated 11a in the new guidebook. It does have potential to be a really nice route, but the cleaning may take some intervention. ;-)
