Description Suggest change

This hidden nook can be a welcome reprieve from the park tourists; it's usually inhabited by only a few climbers at a time, despite containing some of the best problems in the park. It's simply a fantastic place to hang out.

This is home to the famous "B2 Bomber" (V4) arguably the best problem on the Minnesota side of Taylors Falls and first climbed by Jim Holloway. Other excellent problems include "Crash Landing" (V5) and several short but stout crack problems.

In the spring and after a rainy spell, this pothole turns into a mudhole. A classic tactic is to bring a tarp onto which to lay your crashpad.

Getting There Suggest change

After walking past the Sizzlefoot Wall, hang a right before walking up the rock stairs (which would take you to the Boneyards). Aim for the large tree at left about 40 feet away, sneak past it and around the rock, into the B2 pit.
