The crux is between the first and the second bolt,...

This route has its crux at the first bolt where the rock is not as good as could be. The rest of the route is exceptional 5.9 moves on great rock. Climb past five bolts to anchors.

Upper Jungle just left of "Climbers in the Mist" and just right of "Lucy in the Sky" of which it shares the anchor.

Quick draws.

Do not be discouraged by the loose rock at the beginning of this route! Get past this initial crux and on to solid fun climbing that really defines this route.

Rock at beginning may be cleaning up? Didn't see too bad and well protected. Very fun route!

Fun warmup for the area. The looseness is typical for the Jungle: holds look ready to explode but you end up yarding and standing on them with no consequences. Good time to practice your 4-points climbing just in case...

A lower bolt to the right would make a fun direct start that would keep the route on the arete.
