LS Nago men's vs. women's fit

I'm trying to get my gf into climbing and we tried on some shoes yesterday. She liked the women's Nago, and there's a used pair of men's Nagos in the same size on Geartrade. I know the men's/women's Mythos fit differently, but was wondering if anyone could confirm the same about the Nagos before I rule them out. I'd prefer to get something cheap for her first pair.

My wife says than women's Nagos fit her better than the identical size men's - I am talking about European sizing, not US

She has narrow, low volume, feet, she noticed much snugger feel with women's model.
