Lower (Main) Area Rock Climbing
Thar be many boulders. Exploration yields fruit.
This is the main area, and the first developed area at Hamilton Boulders.
First boulder you come to is above you by about 100'. Several good lines on it.
Continuing down the trail to the left you will see multiple boulders on the uphill and downhill side of the trail. Some hard lines are on a slightly overhung boulder below the trail, as well as a slabby long boulder that is a good warm up.
Continue up the trail, and you will see some tall boulders, and a large, and low roof to the right and slightly up the hill. There are several lines that start inside the far side of the roof, and run V7-V9?.
Up higher you will see a 15' tall and 20' long boulder wall that has multiple lines on it, and above that a fun roof problem that has several easier roof problems, V5-V7?. In the same bowl, there is another roof problem about 200' away, where a large boulder is stacked on another large boulder, and creates a cool roof style problem.
Multiple other lines exist on about 10 other boulders in the bowl.
First area you get to when you follow the trail in from the road.
