A laid back ridge of rock with “Yorktown” inscribed, giving some nice face and overhangs. It is below Kosciuszko’s Monument running west to east down to the Hudson River ending at the Sheridan’s white marble chair cut into the rock. 21 bolted top rope/rap stations with 40’ climbs. Fantastic setting, sun, and river views Think of each top rope as a 20’ corridor of rock in which 3 or 4 routes exist....climb every square inch.

Getting There

Take pathway down leftmost slate steps by the lamppost on Clinton Road. Walk off the eastern end of the ridge is on northern side by the chair.
