Looking for job in the San Juans

Im hoping to land job in Ridgway or Ouray, if anyone has any leads id really appreciate it. I have Bartending/Serving experience and a BS in Biology. Would consider the Durango area as well.

Also looking for a place to stay.

When are you thinking about coming this way? It is the slow season in Ouray now (the ice park closed last week) so alot of places are closed for a few weeks. but now is probably the time to contact some folks before they get hired up for the season.

Check 'the Watch' newspaper. not usually that helpful but occasionally something in there.

jobs are thin in ridgway. there may be some fly fish/river guide spots at Rigs Fly Shop. check w/ them. maybe Cimmarron Cafe, or the 4-Corners Restaurant at Chipeta Lodge might have something for the season.

Durango would be less problematic for jobs, but our neck of the woods is pretty damn nice in the summer.

Durango has more pubs and eateries than all the other places combined and a swell amount of good climbing too.
