Looking for Basement / Mother-in-law place

This is a long shot, but I'm looking for a mother-in-law / basement / private 1-2 bed place to rent. Looking to be around 800/month

I work in Holladay, would like to be between there and Sugarhouse, but am open to other locations.

I also need a place to store a smallish motorcycle for the winter. Don't care too much about where my car is parked.

I have a 40 lb lab / spaniel mix dog that goes to work with me every day and is typically with my anytime I'm not in LCC or BCC. Very well behaved, is usually playful when people show up at home but mellows out to laying out the couch very quickly.
